Our focus on Central American cuisine which dates back to the Mayans, whose staples were corn, beans, chiles and chocolate. These are also the bases for our menu, which specializes in bold, originally found in the streets of Central America.


BACKGROUND
our story
We started out doing weekly pop ups at Garage bar, later moving into lunch offices and catering. It's been a fun ride and we're excited to continue spreading the Central American flavors and culture!
